The A.TR delivery certificate is used for export and import services between the EU and Turkey, regardless of direction..
regardless of direction. Its issuance proves that the goods are in free circulation in the territory of the EU or Turkey (so they are not customs goods), thus they can be imported without the imposition of customs duties.
The A.TR delivery certificate is a form available in a print shop which we fill out on the basis of the exporter/seller's order and present at the export customs office together with the export and trade documents.
The Customs Authority authenticates and endorses the document, during the process the original copy must accompany the shipment.
