Obtaining VPID/EORI number

The customs identification (VPID) number is a 12-character string of numbers that is the primary identifier for the customs authorities. According to European Union rules, as of May 1, 2004, it is mandatory for natural and non-natural persons to request such identification in all customs and excise procedures.

The EORI number (Economic Operator Registration and Identification), registration and identification number of economic participants. This would serve as the identification number to be used during all customs clearance procedures going out of the EU or into the EU.

After filling out the 12VBT data sheet, we process the application.

Documents required for a company:

· company court order (electronic copy or scanned version)

· copy of signature address

· power of attorney

Documents required for individuals:

· ID Card or passport

· Address card

· Tax card

· Authorization / POA
